TERMS OF SALE

We require cash with your order unless credit is established prior to shipping. New accounts must complete a credit application and furnish three reliable trade references, along with the name of your bank. Established accounts are due 30 days from the date of shipment. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% interest charge and $5.00 billing fee per month. Customers late on payment will, thereafter, be required to pay cash with their order. All prices are FOB Canby Oregon.

MINIMUM ORDER:

Minimum orders of $2500.00 help us to be efficient with shipping costs for your customers.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

We make every effort to send you the plants you order in the sizes you prefer. However, we reserve the right to substitute one size smaller or larger. Prices would change accordingly.

CONFIRMATION:

Most confirmations will be sent out by mid September 15th on orders received by September 1st. Therefore, we will confirm orders as quickly as possible.

ADJUSTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS:

Any adjustments to your order should be made promptly. We trust that when you place an order that you will honor it. Cancellations cannot be accepted after January 1st, as our digging for spring orders will be in progress.

SHIPPING:

We do the best to ship your order on the date you request. If you wish to make your own arrangements for shipping, please notify us with your order. We require at least one week notice before sending a truck to pick up your order.

WARRANTY:

Claims must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of shipment. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received in stock. All claims for damages in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier.

PLANT CARE:

We take special care to grow plants that are healthy and saleable when they arrive at your doorstep. It is your responsibility to care for the plants once you receive them. Be sure to water the plants immediately upon arrival and protect them from Mother Nature’s elements.
